Job Description Mantis is seeking an experienced Senior Leisure & Entertainment Manager to oversee the launch and operation of Gamra Adventure Park and Activities, the first experiential Mantis project in Saudi Arabia. The Park Manager will have full P&L responsibility, leading a team of operators attractions within the adventure park. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in managing multi-attraction leisure or entertainment destinations, with safety and guest experience as absolute priorities. Operations & Safety Lead the safe, efficient operation of all adventure and cultural attractions in line with international safety standards and best practice Ensure all SOPs, inspections, maintenance regimes, training and documentation are in place and consistently applied Foster a strong safety-first culture while delivering fun, engaging guest experiences Financial & Commercial Management Full ownership of park P&L, cost control and revenue optimisation Deliver accurate financial and operational reporting to Mantis management and board Drive performance through KPIs focused on revenue, throughput, profit margin and NPS Guest Experience Deliver a high-quality, end-to-end customer journey, ensuring exceptional service standards across all attractions Oversee delivery of bespoke experiences including group visits, school programs, corporate events and celebrations Maintain a consistently high Net Promoter Score Team Leadership Lead, train and develop operational teams through effective rostering, onboarding, performance management and coaching Resolve operational, people and guest issues with a long-term, solutions-focused approach Promote professionalism, engagement and accountability across all park operations Stakeholder & Brand Management Act as the lead on-site representative, working closely with partners, landlords and internal stakeholders Align regularly with senior management on commercial, operational and marketing plans Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring Mantis standards are reflected in presentation, behaviour and on-site activation opportunities Key Deliverables Accurate financial and operational reporting Strong stakeholder relationships High safety, compliance and operational standards Consistently high guest satisfaction and NPS Sustainable revenue and profit growth Qualifications Proven senior leadership experience in leisure, entertainment or adventure operations Strong communicator and people leader; fluent in English and Arabic Safety-driven, commercially minded and guest-focused Energetic, engaging and passionate about adventure, recreation and experiential tourism Mandatory Requirements Working with a wide array of activities and activations Min 3 years in proven track record managing safety orientated entertainment attractions Fit and healthy, enabling them to both participate in and operate activities safety Good level of English Willingness to work both inside and outside across all seasons Comprehensive understanding of industry related EN and ISO safety standards Additional Information Benefits, Rewards, Motivations: In recognition of your hard work and dedication, we offer: Lucrative Rewards: Your efforts won't go unnoticed – anticipate a competitive salary package with generous performance-based bonuses and incentives.
