Location: Spirit Mountain – Adventure Park & Grand Avenue Pay: $13.85–$15.12/hour (Union Position) Schedule: Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays Seasonal Role: Mid-May through end of October Status: Union, Hourly, Non-Exempt Position Overview Spirit Mountain is hiring Adventure Park Outdoor Operations Attendants for Summer 2026. This union position plays a key role in supporting operations across both the Adventure Park and Grand Avenue mountain biking area. You’ll rotate between locations to help run the mountain bike lift, assist guests, and support daily park operations mainly outdoors. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role perfect for someone who’s dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable doing a mix of physical tasks and guest interaction.
