We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Advertising Account Director to lead client relationships and drive impactful advertising campaigns. As a senior leader within our team, you will be instrumental in managing key accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, advising clients on advertising awareness, building trust and ensuring their objectives align with The Do Collective’s philosophy of actionable creativity.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop advertising strategies that maximise reach and engagement and achieve business goals and deliver measurable results.

Data Driven Insights: Evaluate advertising performance indicators and customer data in order to measure efficacy, optimise campaigns, and adjust tactics in light of new information. Track and analyse patterns in customer behaviour to find chances for future campaigns and advertising efforts that have an impact.

  • Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with creative, strategy, market research teams, and production teams to deliver innovative, integrated campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional platforms.
  • Financial Management: Oversee account budgets, ensure profitability, and identify opportunities for organic growth within client accounts.
  • Business Development: Lead pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor account managers and executives, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
