OVERVIEW:

The Advertising Account Manager serves as the key point of contact between clients and the agency, managing all aspects of client accounts and ensuring that advertising campaigns are executed effectively and on time. They work closely with internal teams to bring client goals to life and ensure that each campaign meets the highest standards.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in account management or a similar role within the advertising industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with various advertising channels .
  • Analytical skills for campaign performance tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives while managing expectations.
  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns from inception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with creative and media teams to develop and execute campaign concepts that meet client goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Project & Budget Management:
  • Develop project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure efficient campaign execution.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring that all deliverables remain within scope and financial guidelines.
  • Strategic Consultation & Reporting:
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients based on data-driven analysis and market research.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, optimizing efforts to improve client outcomes and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
  • Collaborate with account executives, media buyers, designers, copywriters, and production teams to ensure campaigns meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are aligned and all deliverables are met.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, finding solutions quickly and ensuring continued success.
  • Adapt to changes in client needs, market conditions, and campaign performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
