Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met
  • Create, book and maintain advertising placements for clients across print and digital platforms
  • Process advertising bookings and assist in the preparation of advertising proposals
  • Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape
  • Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regularly engage with departments to ensure campaign success
  • Receive and respond to internal and external correspondence, phone calls and emails
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations and projects
  • Maintain accurate client and revenue records
