KNOWLEDGE:

  1. English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  2. Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, visual, verbal, and interactive communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and persuade via written, oral, and visual media.
  3. Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for describing and promoting programs and services in order to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.

  2. Portfolio required showcasing consistent, proven writing talent (multiple well produced, big idea campaigns).
