JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual who can handle both marketing/advertising efforts and assist as a sales associate to help drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Develop and manage advertising campaigns (digital and print).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Monitor online presence, respond to inquiries, and generate leads.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Track marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
• Update inventory to website, etc
• Duties as assigned by sales manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in advertising/marketing and/or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value through upselling and product recommendations.
