We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to be part of our Marketing Team as a Advertising Production Officer in Doha In this role, you will play a significant part in developing and create advertising content for print media, and also for other kinds of brand and marketing communications material such as signage, brochures and point of sale materials. Make creative contributions that enhance the quality of the advertising and marketing communications materials. Be a leader in the enforcement of QR digital guidelines and maintain the integrity of the brand by ensuring that it follows the company’s communication strategy and objectives. Specific responsibilities include: Adapt and prepare creative concepts into final production artwork for print, signage, brochures, POS materials, and digital channels. Design and layout editorial pieces, brochures, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and visual quality. Prepare high-resolution artwork. Execute resizing and versioning of creative assets for multiple markets. Perform detailed quality checks for compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality materials on time. Support the Creative Services team with technical expertise in production processes, pre-press, and printing technologies. Maintain templates, artwork libraries, and ensure accuracy of all output materials from the studio. Work cohesively with other team members to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. About you To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design / Art / Photography Minimum 04 years of job-related experience required Proficient in using Mac Platform – OS X, Proficient with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Professional, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook/Entourage Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment Strong attention to detail in both content and output formats Sound knowledge in pre-production and printing technologies You’ll have an edge if you have: Proven track-record of producing online content for premium international brands Working with airline, travel industry, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
