In this role, you’ll support key sales initiatives while managing your own portfolio of agency and direct clients—building relationships, pitching ideas, and delivering innovative campaigns that connect brands with our passionate audience.

HERE’S A BREAKDOWN OF WHAT YOU’LL (PRIMARILY) DO

  • Manage accurate and timely entry of all sales-related data into internal CRM and reporting systems
  • Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, media briefs, and RFP responses tailored to client needs
  • Proactively generate new business by effectively communicating Sporting News’ value proposition and unique selling points to prospective advertisers
  • Support the management of a diverse portfolio of direct and agency clients across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring high levels of service and campaign success
  • Drive digital advertising sales, content partnerships, and brand activations to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with commercial and editorial teams to support sales initiatives, business development efforts, and client relationship management
  • Partner with editorial and branded content teams to develop and deliver innovative sponsored content solutions across the Sporting News platform and social media channels
