POSITION SUMMARY

Join the team behind Australia’s biggest arts festival as our next Advertising Sales Coordinator! This is your chance to help Adelaide Fringe artists and venues sell more tickets, reach bigger audiences, and have their best seasons yet. With clear income targets to hit, you’ll combine your passion for relationship building with a results-driven approach—connecting participants to the perfect advertising solutions to maximise their success. During the peak delivery season (Mid January – mid March), this role requires structured out-of-hours work to service artist and venue enquiries and drive advertising sales. The schedule is coordinated with the Marketing & Commercial Manager and may include adjusted hours (e.g., 11 am–8 pm on selected days) and weekend work in place of a regular office day on a rostered basis.
