BLUE BRICK CONSULTANCY is a fast-growing property business committed to developing affordable homes in local communities across the South East Corridor of Melbourne. With a passion for accessible, quality housing and a strong vision for growth, we’re now seeking a results-driven Advertising Specialist to join our small but dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director, a senior sales consultant, to enhance existing advertising efforts and build new advertising systems that drive lead generation and encourage company growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience of 3 + years in advertising, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel advertising strategies and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Advertising tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools)
  • Knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with property, real estate, or home development sectors is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Plan and run advertising campaigns to generate leads, enquiries, support property sales and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate the production of multi-channel advertising content, including copywriting, artwork, media placement, and video, while managing time and budgets.
  • Conduct market research to understand demand, trends, and opportunities for both new and existing services.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies and policies to promote brand growth.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media and website platforms to maximise engagement and visibility.
  • Recommend suggestions for website content, design, user experience and performance.
  • Analyse campaign data and digital performance metrics to measure effectiveness and guide optimisation.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
