The role’s primary responsibility is planning, executing, and reporting on sponsored product campaigns while working in tandem with internal client teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include campaign optimization and managing client/team relationships.  The Advertising Specialist will also inform internal client teams on important strategies and best practices within the advertising ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work to make sense of the many moving pieces of the sponsored advertising ecosystem, translating them into actionable strategic insights & choices.   For this role we prefer that candidates are based out of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MN, MO, MS, NV, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA,SC,TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.   Responsibilities * Inform strategy/planning and own execution for clients’ Paid Search advertising campaigns including Sponsored Products and DSP across multiple retailers * Build, maintain, and report on advertising campaigns aligned to client goals * Optimize and maintain campaigns, including analyzing current results to inform strategic tactical changes * Collaborate across internal account teams, external client teams, and Retailer Media stakeholders to maximize performance for the clients’ retail media paid search advertising * Guiding clients and client teams through clear and concise communication, both written and verbal * Strategic thinking, adaptability, and insightful analysis to identify areas of opportunity, delivering optimized results * Send weekly report to both client and Harvest Group account team with included analysis and insights of prior week’s activity and campaign results to date   Requirements * 2+ years’ experience with On-Site Paid Search and Display Campaign management with top Retail Media Networks (ex. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, Criteo, CitrusAd, etc.); DSP advertising and audience building a strong plus * Strong emphasis in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights, translating back to stakeholders * Strategic thinker capable of analyzing data to inform and refine campaign execution * Self-starter with a drive to innovate and constantly improve processes and results * Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, achieving consensus on goals and objectives * Ability to take ownership and work autonomously with little or no supervision * Effective multitasker, able to efficiently prioritize and organize multiple projects * Strong attention to detail and ability to make connections between small changes and big results * Ability to translate large amounts of information into concise and actionable takeaways * Clear verbal and written communication skills * Adept at learning new software programs and tools * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel * Willingness to travel   Preferred * Experience developing digital advertising strategies on Walmart.com or Samsclub.com   What We Offer Harvest Group understands that investing in our people and culture are vital to successfully attracting and retaining top talent.
