Step into a role where you directly uplift the quality of member conversations, helping advisers connect people to the right advice at the right time and make a meaningful difference to their financial confidence.   The role The key focus of this role is to deliver hands‑on coaching that lifts confidence, consistency and quality across member‑facing advice conversations. You will partner across General and Personal Advice to embed new ways of working and support measurable behavioural uplift. Furthermore, you will: * Deliver structured, in‑the‑moment coaching to improve the quality of member conversations * Support onboarding, role transitions and readiness through observation, feedback and roleplay * Build and maintain coaching assets including scripts, conversation guides and roleplay scenarios * Translate new propositions, tools and processes into practical coaching for advisers * Use data to diagnose behavioural gaps and target coaching effort * Partner with leaders and stakeholders to foster a psychologically safe coaching environment   About you You bring deep experience in coaching and advice conversations, and you enjoy helping others grow through encouragement, challenge and practical feedback. You are confident working autonomously, using insight and data to focus your effort where it matters most. You will also have:  * Demonstrated, high‑impact coaching capability with a strong track record of uplift * Background in financial advice or superannuation member conversations * Ability to simplify technical advice concepts into clear, engaging conversations * Experience embedding new propositions, scripts or tools in practice * Strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder influencing skills * Skilled in roleplay, feedback and behavioural coaching   What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
