Citizens Advice Eastleigh are seeking a 2 day a week Advice Session Supervisor to support our busy advice team.
Our charity helps people resolve their welfare benefits, money, housing and other problems by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial information and advice. Working with around 4,000 residents a year, we’re a growing charity and are passionate about serving our community to the best of our ability.
This role would suit an existing Advice Session Supervisor, caseworker, or an experienced generalist adviser who is looking to progress - we will provide training to the right candidate where development is required. In return, we can offer a friendly, hard-working team environment with employer pension contributions, an employee support scheme, supportive management and free parking.
