Our Professional Services leadership team is seeking a senior leader to help shape and grow our Wealth Management business in Australia, partnering across the enterprise to deliver advice excellence and sustainable growth. This critical management role will support advice standards, revenue growth, client retention, and the development of high-performing teams. You will oversee multiple advice teams, inspire performance and deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and staff. Your role, your contribution! Set direction and inspire high performance across multiple advice teams, role-modelling behaviours aligned to our culture and strategic objectives Lead through influence, partnering with senior stakeholders across Wealth, Go To Market, Commercial Insights, Process Excellence and PMO to align priorities and deliver outcomes Development of our people (directly and indirectly) through consistent and effective coaching, feedback, and experience Implement strategies to enhance employee retention and collaborate with stakeholders (Process Excellence and PMO) to ensure optimal resourcing levels Play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of the Wealth management business, including service and pricing strategies.
