WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors to deliver fantastic customer service and consistently good customer outcomes.
• Motivate, coach and inspire your team to develop their knowledge and competency in the role by observing customer interactions and providing great feedback.
• Working Under the Certification Regime you will ensure that your Mortgage and Protection Advisors are fit and proper within their role, ensuring that they act with integrity and due skill, care and diligence.
• Support the delivery of successful appointment outcomes by providing oversight on diary capacity management.
• Be an ambassador of change showing a “can-do” attitude and providing solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship building and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
