The Opportunity We are looking for a capable and committed Adviser Support Associate to join our UAE-focused team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn the industry properly, build strong technical foundations, and grow within a global advisory business. You’ll be part of the engine room that supports advice across savings, investments, retirement planning, and insurance. If you want a long-term career in wealth management with international exposure, this role puts you on that path. What You’ll Be Doing Processing applications for pensions, regular and lump-sum savings, and insurance cases Managing and chasing the new business pipeline to ensure applications complete efficiently Liaising with providers, trustees, pension schemes, and internal teams Managing policy servicing: valuations, withdrawals, assignments, transfers of agency, letters of authority Communicating with clients and advisers via email, telephone, and written correspondence Updating Plume, Salesforce, and internal systems to maintain accurate client records Handling incoming provider documents, notifications, and admin workflow items What You Bring 1 year experience in financial services, ideally supporting advisers High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Clear, professional written and verbal communication Proactive mindset, reliable delivery, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Tech confident and comfortable learning new systems What You’ll Receive A competitive salary Growth opportunities and structured career development Full employment visa and medical insurance Sponsorship for relevant qualifications (CII, CISI, LIBF) Work alongside an award-winning advisory team in Dubai Strong relationships with leading global providers and strategic partners Skybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
