Wealth Advice Quality Manager (Plan Writer) 6 month fixed-term, fulltime role - Monday to Friday Can be based at our office in either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch Hybrid role – mixture of work from home and office Mō te Tūranga – About the role We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our Advice Quality & Governance Team. As a trusted business partner and subject matter expert, you will work closely with Westpac Advisers to provide high-quality financial advice documents with accurate information that meets the customer’s needs, while aligning with industry best practice, regulatory requirements and internal business rules and guidelines. Your expertise will help foster strong relationships with our Wealth Office Leadership Team, Wealth Advisers and Consultants. You’ll be assisting in a timely manner with queries and provide training and day-to-day guidance to lift capability and enhance service delivery, creating better customer outcomes. At least five years’ experience in the financial services industry, with excellent knowledge of the financial advice process, industry legislation/best practice, customer needs and investment products. 3 years’ plus experience in a similar role (i.e. quality assuring financial advice). Must have a Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning or New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5). Tertiary (degree level) qualification (preferred). Experience working with XPLAN software or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (preferred). Good knowledge of MS office products – (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams etc). Superior customer service, communication, and analytical skills with refined attention to detail.
