Type: Permanent Hours: Full time Location: Wellington Business Group: Enterprise Services | Nuku Toiere Branch: Strategy Governance and Risk Salary: $99,025 - $123,231 In this position you will provide analysis and quality assurance to ensure delivery of high quality ELT papers and support to Te Tari’s governance committees. This is a key connecting role working across the Strategy and Governance team and alongside the Senior Advisor Strategy to support the development, implementation and evaluation of governance frameworks, strategic initiatives and standards and processes. You will be responsible for working with branches and other key stakeholders within the organisation to ensure the provision of information to deliver the strategy outcomes required within the team. This includes contributing to processes for monitoring and reporting of strategic projects, reviewing governance practices and helping to improve organisational performance. The key skills and capabilities required for this position include: Experience supporting and contributing to the development, implementation and management of strategic initiatives and accountability activities for an organization. Experience in systems thinking and working at a whole of organization level. Experience in contributing to the creation of policies and frameworks that support effective decision making. Well developed written and verbal communication skills to a wide range of senior audiences. Strong research and analytical skills to provide analysis and advisory support to senior leaders. Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable work environment, managing self and tasks. Ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential Security Clearance.
