Develop and manage goods and services contracts Perth based, hybrid working arrangement on a 9-day fortnight Fast paced and busy role supporting our 4 mining operations The Opportunity: We’re looking for a service-oriented contracts professional to provide contract management support across Gold Fields Australia’s mining operations. In this end-to-end role, you’ll lead the process from tender through to contract execution – driving negotiations, overseeing implementation, and ensuring seamless management. Develop and manage key spend categories in line with company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape category management strategies. Prepare contract documentation, award recommendations, and handle variations. Maintain strong contractor relationships to reduce commercial risk. What You’ll Bring Strong communication with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Experience in contract management, ideally in mining, resources, or construction. Strong track record in sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and managing contracts end-to-end.
