Everybody should have a place to live that is warm, dry, safe, stable and affordable, with access to the support they need to live healthy, successful lives.    Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga - The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) leads Aotearoa - New Zealand's housing and urban development work programme.   Mō te tūnga | About the role As an Advisor Contracts, you will assist with the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of contracts with housing and housing-related service providers. You will support the delivery of contractual obligations, maintain accurate records, and build effective relationships with providers and stakeholders to ensure services meet government expectations and deliver positive outcomes.  You will be responsible for exercising sound financial judgement and implementing robust financial practises to ensure optimal resource management and fiscal responsibility.  Key activities and tasks:  * Assist with contract implementation and monitoring  * Reconcile payments and process payments/invoices, working in partnership with Finance  * Support property redirects and rent review processes  * Support providers with training and guidance on systems used in Advisor led operational processes  * Maintain contract documentation, records, and information management systems  * Coordinate regular operational meetings and follow up on action items  * Assist with identifying and reporting on contract risks and issues  * Provide operational support for contract-related processes  * Build and maintain effective relationships with providers, internal and external stakeholders  * Support the Senior Advisors Contracts with reporting and data analysis  * Lead and support internal improvement projects by analysing existing processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation   The salary range for this role is $76,164 - $93,090 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution.
