Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, CX and Contact Centre to ensure cohesive and effective digital experiences.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product designs.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the digital product experience.
  • Present results, insights, requirements, and designs in a compelling way to leadership and partner teams.
