TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Possess deep expertise in all aspects of the EC software application, developed through leading several of our largest and most complex engagements globally.
• Strong knowledge of regional specifics for deploying EC software applications.
• Act as an advisor to EC software on future roadmap development, feature priorities, and client-specific needs.
• Innovate in the energy domain to enhance the overall value proposition of our products.

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:

• Build and maintain an industry network specific to the energy domain.
• Regularly monitor market and industry developments in the energy sector, identifying trends and emerging challenges.
• Take ownership of best practices in energy components software and ensure their fullest utilization.
• And other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a similar role within the software industry, with a minimum of 7 years focus on Energy Components software.
• Proven track record of successful leadership in global energy components software teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially in the energy sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities specific to energy components software.
• Willingness to travel globally as needed, particularly for engagements in the energy domain.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
