As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Advisor in Events & Production Management to support leadership with strategic guidance, operational best practices, and industry insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in events management, production, experiential marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong background in managing large-scale events, activations, or complex productions.
  • Proven ability to advise on operational improvements, resource planning, and financial discipline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with fabrication, staging, or scenic production a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working in an advisory capacity (flexible time commitment, project-based engagement).

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Advisor will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen operational excellence, client management, and project execution in the events and production space. This is an advisory role ideal for a seasoned industry professional who has managed large-scale events, activations, or productions and wants to bring that expertise to a fast-growing business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
