THE ROLE

Join our high-performing Health & Safety team and help shape the future of safety across our Adbri operations SA, NT. Reporting to the State H&S Manager, you’ll lead strategic safety initiatives, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions
• Lead and coach the regional H&S team
• Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions
• Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT
• Support incident investigations and share key learnings
• Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations
