Responsibilities

Join our Intermediated Insurance division as a Professional Indemnity Claim consultant and help manage and resolve complex claims.
In this dynamic position, you’ll provide expert advice to assist in the resolution of a variety of claims, including skilfully negotiating settlements, managing and attending Mediations, setting claims management strategies and providing complex indemnity advice.
With a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, you’ll play a key part in meeting customer and financial objectives by efficiently guiding claims through to resolution within defined timeframes across a varied portfolio
