We’re responsible for delivering high-quality work programmes that support strong leadership across the health and disability sector. In this position, you’ll ensure the Ministry’s appointments process runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time – helping us build boards that make a real difference to health outcomes for all New Zealanders. High-level exposure: Work closely with Ministers and senior leaders, providing trusted advice on statutory appointments. Innovation and improvement: Lead process enhancements and create tools to strengthen and improve the team’s work.
