The Freight Sourcing and Procurement Lead Specialist is the crucial position between our customers and operations to make sure we run a profitable organization with quality vendors against the right price. By running an effective Procurement coordinator role, we are in control of our vendor spent and maximizing our margins, have minimized the risk with solidly formulated vendor quotations, or contracts and SLA´s in place on all our major vendors and are we able to send a quick and quality respond on quotes from existing and new customers for any freight costs purchased in our area Benelux, France, Spain, Purtugal, Switzerland and Italy.
Aside the procurement part the role has product components, which include development, update of forwarding products, collecting and sharing market information for freight forwarding products (ocean, land, air) out of country perspective
