About the Role
The Advisor, People Experience is a key role within the Workforce Capability team.
Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, the Advisor, People Experience partners across the business to help embed the organisation’s values and strengthen the employee experience.
The role is responsible for designing and delivering culture and engagement programs, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and employee recognition and reward strategies.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with extensive experience in Human Resources disciplines. The successful candidate will have a Diploma qualification, or higher, in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline and substantial experience in HR, as well as the following:
