Your impact
Provide HR teams with system solutions through automation to enhance their HR processes, and ensure follow-up on the implementation.
Administer and process tickets and data requests, execute tasks into Successfactors, and solve work-related issues efficiently.

As Part Of Our Team You Will

  • Generate HR process automatization.
  • Provide HR teams with system solutions through automation to enhance their HR processes, and ensure follow-up on the implementation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems, maintaining data quality and integrity.
  • Prepare cyclical and ad-hoc HR reports, scorecards, dashboards, analytic reports.

Prerequisites For Your Success In This Role

  • A degree in information technology, human resources or related field.
  • English advanced.
  • 4 years of experiencies is typical needed to develop this role.
  • Employe Central (SSFF) system and general functionality.
  • Advanced experience in HR processes automatization.
  • General HR operations and practices.
  • Advanced in proficiency in data management updates in SuccessFactors.

Your Work Environment

  • This position is remote and requires frequent travel to the Yanacocha mine, or Cajamarca/Lima office.
  • The work schedule is 5 days on, followed by 2 days off.
