Responsibilities

Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work-related experience
More than 3 years experience in research or community-based research
Quantitative and qualitative research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information in order to develop sound recommendations
Knowledge of immigrant and newcomer programs and services and issues
Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Strong writing and knowledge translation skills to prepare reports and information papers for various audiences
Experience in facilitating meetings and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills; attention to detail
Proven presentation skills including the ability to present to various audiences both internal and external to Peel
Residence in Peel will be taken into consideration
Willingness to actively contribute to the organizational equity framework through participation in learning opportunities and implementing anti-oppressive and anti-racist learnings into action internally and externally
