We are looking for an ambitious and independent Project Manager to join our Project Management team.

You will be directly involved in the delivery of high-profile projects in the Nordic region and will have full responsibility for your own projects. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with and manage the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with CBRE’s company strategy, commitments and goals
  • Manage internal and external project teams (consulting and contracting) and stakeholders in the successful delivery of all projects and lead the planning and implementation of projects
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress of the projects to all stakeholders
  • Participate in the management of project budgets and project changes
  • Procure, compare and tender consultants, services, contractors and suppliers in projects of various size
  • Present reports that define project progress, problems, and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell other CBRE service lines and identify fee earning opportunities within the internal CBRE marketplace and the external marketplace
  • Contribute to and assist in the management of new business pipeline and offers
