We are currently recruiting for an Adviser Support Manager (ASM) on behalf of a market-leading life insurer . This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, problem-solving, and driving retention strategies.
About the Role
As an Adviser Support Manager , you will work closely with key advisers and practices to ensure they receive high-level operational, technical, and retention support. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening adviser relationships, improving service quality, and executing retention-focused initiatives that help advisers retain and grow their client base.
This role also offers significant cross-functional exposure , working with Partnerships, Product, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations to deliver market-leading service within agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow existing business by proactively supporting advisers with retention strategies
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key advisers , becoming a trusted partner in their success
  • Provide technical and operational support , including quotations, service queries, and policy insights
  • Identify challenges faced by advisers and work proactively to resolve service and retention issues
  • Utilise data and market insights to drive improvements in adviser satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
  • Be the voice of the adviser, providing feedback to influence product and service improvements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong life insurance product knowledge , particularly around policy structures and retention strategies
  • Experience in adviser support, client services, or retention-focused roles within financial services
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, relationship management, and business retention
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adviser sentiment to drive retention and satisfaction outcomes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong customer and business focus
