About the Role
As an Adviser Support Manager , you will work closely with key advisers and practices to ensure they receive high-level operational, technical, and retention support. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening adviser relationships, improving service quality, and executing retention-focused initiatives that help advisers retain and grow their client base.
This role also offers significant cross-functional exposure , working with Partnerships, Product, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations to deliver market-leading service within agreed SLAs.
