Job Description Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will actively contribute to a high-performing team and drive impact by working productively and efficiently, collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas as part of our matrix structure and championing our One Minderoo Culture. The sustainability team is responsible for embedding sustainable and ethical practices across the Foundation and externally in line with our strategy and vision. As Advisor, Sustainability, your role is to facilitate cross-programmatic learning and application of the Foundation’s strategic lenses of gender, First Nations and climate. You will work closely with our Focus Area/Impact Missions, Enabler areas to ensure our initiative You will: Contribute to the design of approaches/frameworks that support integration of strategic lenses across our strategic hierarchy. Support teams apply frameworks and drive sustainability initiatives within their areas through coaching and facilitation of workshops. Track progress across Focus Area/Impact Missions, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). Support the collection and analysis of data to assess impact and effectiveness of embedding our strategic lenses. Produce communications that strengthen practices and highlight how social justice principles are embodied in the work we do Contribute to reporting efforts for internal stakeholders Work with relevant internal and external experts to identify trends and best practices that can be applied across all levels of the strategic hierarchy Contribute to organisational learning by facilitating knowledge exchange, sharing data and insights Qualifications You will bring: Strong knowledge of sustainability, ESG and the different roles of philanthropy, government, business, not for profits, communities and individuals in affecting change. Understanding of systemic inequalities and frameworks to drive meaningful social and economic change. Proven track record considering sustainability, social responsibility and impact in the development of strategic programs/responses. Degree in Sustainability, International Relations & Diplomacy, Business, Economics or related field of study. 5+ years working in complex contexts with a grasp of both the theory and practice of implementing sustainability activities.
