Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Advisor, Talent Acquisition to support hiring across India and the APJ region. This role requires someone who can operate independently, own regional recruiting delivery end‑to‑end, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders while partnering closely with UK‑based TA leadership. You will manage recruitment across multiple countries and business groups, build sustainable talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience—all while navigating regional market dynamics and compliance requirements. Principal Responsibilities Own and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and volume roles across India and APJ, spanning multiple business functions, skillsets, and geographies. Operate with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary TA point of contact for the region while partnering remotely with UK‑based leadership. Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, advising on effective recruiting strategies for moderately complex professional roles. Lead intake and calibration discussions with hiring leaders to define role requirements, qualifications, timelines, and selection approaches. Demonstrate advanced sourcing expertise, proactively developing diverse candidate slates and long‑term pipelines for specialized or hard‑to‑fill roles. Apply strong regional market knowledge to influence hiring decisions, provide insights on talent availability, and recommend optimal sourcing channels. Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, compliance standards, documentation, and audit requirements across all supported APJ countries. Contribute to regional and global TA projects focused on process improvement, sourcing effectiveness, or business alignment. Support knowledge‑sharing and informal mentoring of less‑experienced TA team members as needed. Skills & Capabilities Proven ability to manage regional hiring activity independently, with minimal day‑to‑day oversight. Strong process orientation with excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a multi‑country environment. Advanced interviewing and assessment capabilities for professional‑level roles. Deep understanding of India and APJ talent markets, including hiring trends, competition, and sourcing channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders remotely. Comfortable operating across time zones and cultures while maintaining alignment with global TA strategy. Demonstrated ability to share best practices and contribute to the development of TA capability across the team. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in regional or multi‑country roles. Prior experience recruiting across India and APJ markets strongly preferred. Proven track record of independently delivering results for professional roles of moderate complexity. RSA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants for employment and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
