Are you a Midland Heart colleague seeking a fresh career opportunity? If so, we have an opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Tenancy Services Advisor .
In this key role, you’ll provide vital support to the delivery of tenancy management services. You’ll work closely with our Tenancy Services Officers to support the delivery of their caseloads, including co-ordinating their schedules and producing reports.
The role is however, far more than just team support and admin. You’ll also be allocated your own caseload of lower-severity tenancy issues (including but not limited to untidy gardens, fly tipping, un-allowed pets etc.) – working proactively to deliver positive outcomes which safeguard our customers, many of which demonstrate challenging behaviour or are vulnerable.
As part of our ‘Smart Working’ model, you’ll be required to travel to the different geographies that Midland Heart operates within to meet the demands of the service, ensuring you deliver a brilliant service to our customers, as well as having some flexibility to stay on top of your caseload, working from home.
