We are currently looking for the important role of an Employee Master Data Advisor. You will play a meaningful role of updating, maintaining, and reporting across all things data. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity. Core Responsibilities Executing Data Management activities such as manual updates, reporting and system accuracy. Providing high quality HRIS services to a wide variety of internal partners. Creating and managing employee documents with accuracy and timeliness. Performing data controls and catching potential errors. Looking continuously to improve current processes and procedures. Helping to keep good and valuable relationships across Master Data, Payroll and PPC departments. This is a fixed-term opening (maternity cover till 02/2028) in our EMEA shared services center in Prague, Jinonice, at the Waltrovka office center. Play your part in our team succeeding. The main purpose of the Master Data department is to ensure that the HR data (both – personal and organizational) are correct and updated at all times, globally. This data is then used by many other departments (payroll, reporting, planning..) which underlines the importance of its quality. The Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Employee Master Data department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life! Do you have what it takes? Demonstrated ability in similar position. Detailed orientated, focused person with good analytical skills. Ability to work independently and build solid relationships. Experience working in HR would be a plus. Workday Experience is essential. Knowledge of SAP or any other HR system would be an advantage. Proven ability of making process or procedural improvements.
