• Own and administer BillingPlatform, advising on system strategy, governance, and new feature adoption.
• Partner with Billing Operations to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate month-end bill runs.
• Configure and optimize BillingPlatfom objects, rate plans, formulas, workflows, and integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Lead usage data management, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Handle ad-hoc projects, including data enrichment, resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating on data quality report design and distribution.
• Support data migration, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with data analysts to respond to data-related requests, including GDPR and security compliance inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues while driving continuous improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sandbox refreshes, updates, and security patching
