QUALIFICATIONS :

• Les candidats doivent être capables de travailler en français et en anglais
• Être actuellement inscrit à un programme universitaire accrédité en ingénierie, sciences, administration, commerce ou économie (l’inscription à un programme coopératif est un atout), avec au moins deux années complétées. Les candidats doivent avoir un excellent dossier académique
• Capacité créative à résoudre des problèmes
• Bonne compréhension des principes fondamentaux de l’ingénierie et/ou des affaires, tels qu’ils s’appliquent à l’élaboration de cas d’affaires pour des projets et initiatives dans les secteurs des métaux, de l’énergie et des infrastructures
• Solides compétences numériques et analytiques, y compris la capacité à rechercher, filtrer et résumer clairement des projets complexes
• Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
• Capacité à travailler en équipe avec de bonnes capacités interpersonnelles
• Autonomie et bonnes compétences organisationnelles
• Expérience antérieure en stage ou en programme coopératif considérée comme un atout
• Implication dans des activités hors universitaires considérée comme un atout
