As an Advisory Director – Earth & Environment (KSA), you will be a senior member of the Earth & Environment (E&E) Leadership Team and WSP's principal representative for the E&E business within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will lead the strategic positioning, growth, and client engagement agenda for the E&E business across KSA, helping shape the future direction of the business while driving sustainable revenue growth, market leadership, and client excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, government entities, regulators, and industry stakeholders, you will represent WSP, WSP Advisory, and the E&E business in the Kingdom. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, client ownership, project leadership, quality governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for developing and executing the KSA growth strategy, leading priority pursuits and key client relationships, overseeing flagship project delivery, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, high-value advisory services across the E&E portfolio.

Responsibilities
