Description Advisory Staff – Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) McKonly & Asbury is a growing public accounting firm with four locations in PA. We are in search of an Advisory Staff – CMMC to join our team based out of our Camp Hill, PA location. Responsibilities: Work under the direction of the CMMC Director to support the CMMC service line including business development, quality assurance and policies and procedures. Support business development efforts by assisting with preparation of proposals, engagement letters and scheduling of new clients. Support the updates to and compliance with the CMMC Quality Assurance and Assessment policies and procedures. Conduct preliminary quality assessment of the CMMC assessment deliverables. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the team, with management, and clients. Exhibits technical skills and the ability to perform job duties under supervision. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support department and organizational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields. Willing to obtain relevant certifications (CCP, CISA). Ability to learn the Cyber Security Maturity Model Assessment and Quality Assurance rules, regulations, and guidance. 0 – 1 year experience in accounting, auditing, finance, internal audit, technology, or consulting. Good oral and written communications skills. Works well in a team environment. Good working knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities
