We have no blame culture but rather than that of a well-supported learning culture.
Ambition: We want all our employees to be able to progress and have ambition in their role. We want to develop and progress our own workforce and allow you fair and equal career pathways and progression opportunities.
Collaboration: We have a huge variety of teams at the council with different skills and experience. By being interconnected we can ensure our work is the best it can be, utilising these resources spread across the organisation.
