What you’ll do

  • Focus on quality of member experience by aligning sales targets, cross-selling and driving employee engagement
  • Deliver member-centric sales coaching and serve as development resource for employees at the location
  • Look after day-to-day operations of the advice centre
  • Manage change within the department, advice centre and the credit union
  • Ensure adherence to Risk & Compliance strategies
  • Monitor performance of the team, ensuring effectiveness through cost, volume, service and sales tracking and benchmarking
  • Advance the well-being of real people while deepening current member relationships and recruiting new members

What you’ve got

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field plus 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lead, engage and coach employees, set clear expectations and hold team accountable
  • Experience in making product and service recommendations and referrals
  • Advanced knowledge of Affinity’s products and services
  • Advanced digital literacy across a broad range of digital channels and devices
