Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement the brand’s advocacy and influencer marketing strategy, aligning with global DMI guidelines and La Roche-Posay’s brand equity. This includes defining target audiences, selecting appropriate influencers, and developing compelling content strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, including contract negotiation, briefing, reporting, and seeding activities with our agency partners (Onelove, Oneinfluence, and PR agencies).
  • Community Engagement: Deepen consumer understanding through social media engagement and community activation. You will foster meaningful connections with our online communities, actively listening to their needs and feedback.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize influencer content and overall campaign effectiveness. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive performance reports.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners, the media team, and internal teams (DMI, Communication). You will be the primary point of contact for all advocacy and influencer-related activities.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively monitor brand buzz and sentiment, identifying and addressing potential online and offline crises in collaboration with DMI and corporate communications.
  • Budget Management: Manage and monitor the allocated budget for all advocacy and influencer marketing activities
