As a Back Office Representative your responsibilities include completing data entry tasks, providing administrative support, answering telephone calls, and creating reports. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS · Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English 85% / B2. · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. · At least 1 year of call center experience. · Strong organization skills and attention to detail. · High-level written and verbal communication skills. · Communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in MS Office. · High School Diploma. · Excellent email etiquette. · Customer Service Oriented.
