Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Lead the EPMO team in implementing and maintaining project management processes and standards. Oversee the development of project management methodologies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects and provide strategic recommendations. Manage the EPMO budget and resources. Act as a liaison between senior management and project teams. Ensure alignment of project portfolios with organizational objectives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners. Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
