Ensure effective governance of the project portfolio, including compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends. Operational Track and report on project performance and progress. Provide support in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Assist with the management of project risks, issues, and changes. Maintain project management tools and systems. Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders. Provide advanced support and analysis on project management processes and tools. Develop and refine project management methodologies and best practices. Monitor project performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Support project managers in resolving complex issues and risks. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing on project management practices. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Lead the EPMO team in implementing and maintaining project management processes and standards. Oversee the development of project management methodologies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and evaluate the performance of projects and provide strategic recommendations. Manage the EPMO budget and resources. Act as a liaison between senior management and project teams. Ensure alignment of project portfolios with organizational objectives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners. Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements. People Management Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.
