We're always looking for smart, motivated and action-oriented people with technical and engineering enthusiasm to fill internships and full-time positions. The Engineering Intern Program is designed for junior and above students, offering a project-based internship opportunity lasting 4-6 months. Interns will receive 1 month dedicated training on different specified application areas and software/hardware platform that enables latest technologies. Following the training, they will develop projects in RF, FPGA, or electronic research and validation application areas, ensuring team and customer success through professional engineering skills. Location Beijing/Shanghai In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Participate in project practice under the guidance of mentors, developing software and algorithms based on the NI hardware platform to meet customer needs. • Assist in daily maintenance of the Innovation Lab, working with sales and marketing colleagues to provide technical explanations, product demonstrations to ensure customer success. • Help optimize existing solutions, improve related documentation. • Explore new test and measurement methods and evolution directions to enhance product competitiveness. For This Role, You Will Need: • Junior, senior and graduate students majoring in communications, electronics, computer science, or related engineering fields. • Available to intern for at least 3 days a week and for at least 4 months. • Enthusiasm for technologies and engineering proved by rich experience in project practice, for domains like vision, control, (high-speed) signal processing, etc. • Experience in at least one programming language, such as C#, C++, python, LabVIEW, etc. • Experience in some of common test engineering instruments, such as power supply, oscilloscope, function generator, SMU, VSA, VSG, VST, VNA and so on. • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: • Familiarity with NI software/hardware, including LabVIEW, TestStand, VeriStand, PXI, etc. • Participation in and awards from relevant university competitions.
