About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Hospital Business Manager to join the leadership team at our AEC/Greencross Noosa Hospital. In this role, you will take ownership of business development, strategy, day-to-day management and the overall performance of the hospital, working closely with the QLD Operations team, as well as local veterinarians, nurses, technical staff and support teams. The hospital is currently transitioning to an urgent care model with extended services, giving you the opportunity to help shape how we grow, enhance client experience and deliver high-quality veterinary care. Responsibilities include: Providing support to our frontline teams; our people are our business Promoting high standards of patient care Building relationships with our valued referring veterinarians Providing financial leadership and reporting for the hospital Managing projects within the hospital Coordinating marketing and promotional activities Leading business strategic planning and execution with the leadership team Ensuring adequate resources and support are available to teams to deliver the highest quality of care to patients Liaising with other hospital managers to ensure alignment and promotion of the business group and to maximise efficiency, profitability and productivity About You You should be motivated, committed to patient care and share a vision for a collaborative working environment, where referring veterinarians and pet owners receive personalised, high-standard service. We are looking for a leader who is interested in learning and growing in their role, and who believe in providing pet parents with the best solutions, delivered with love and empathy.
