THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting for multiple AEE1 (EL1 equivalent) positions within our Recruitment and Workforce Planning and Analytics teams to deliver innovative recruitment campaigns, continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness across recruitment delivery, support data-driven decision making, and provide high quality insights and advice to business areas and our executive.

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an AEE1 in Recruitment in ASIO, you will:

  • Lead the design, implementation and management of end-to-end recruitment processes across ASIO.
  • Provide expert recruitment and talent management advice to inform business decisions and drive best practice, leveraging your extensive recruitment experience and knowledge.
  • Lead the delivery of complex recruitment projects, collaborating with stakeholders to meet organisational needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance outreach and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of organisational recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Review team performance, monitoring workflows and output, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support the team through periods of change, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

As an AEE1 in Workforce Planning and Analytics in ASIO, you will:

  • Lead and support in the development and maintenance of workforce plans, utilising workforce planning methodologies.
  • Set team direction and priorities in line with workforce planning goals and broader organisational objectives.
  • Leverage metrics and business intelligence to assist in making recommendations to senior leaders and enterprise governance committees that provide tailored recruitment, capability and operational planning.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of forecasted workforce capability, capacity and performance trends, and model staffing scenarios for budget forecasts and project initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.

  • Assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance
