Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Central Operations Services (COS) team!As an AEFS Subject Matter Specialist (SMS) you will be a self-motivated individual with an interest for Inbound (IB), Outbound (OB) and ICQA processes, accountable for supporting various esternal (3PL) operations.As part of the role, you will (1) work with internal & external stakeholders to improve site operational and quality performances via diagnostics & corrective actions recommendations; (2) provide onsite support and trainings for new process rollouts or site launches/migrations.The candidate will have to travel to multiple sites across EU at least 30% of the time.Key job responsibilities- Drive Consultancy missions for the 3PL vendors on their usage of the software, aiming at maximizing the capacities of the site. - Support the AEFS Ops Managers as well as 3PL vendors in the analysis of metrics from dedicated reports & resolution plans. - Act as the interface between the external provider and internal Amazon stakeholders on ICQA, IB or OB matters to communicate data, answer to requests, best practices sharing - Support the external provider on a project basis for specific processes to improve, tools to introduce and best practices to share. - Perform dive deeps or adhoc data extractions for recurring issues requiring detailed analysis. - Drive operational process compliance with the external provider through metrics monitoring, onsite audits and corrective/preventive actions requests. - Communicate to the external provider new or changed processes, provide training and troubleshooting support. - Contribute to the team continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. document processes, improve internal tools). - Utilize benchmark standards & continuously train to develop a Subject Matter Expertise (SME).

  • Formal education/training in engineering, supply chain, logistics, mathematics.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, VBA and Quicksight.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and execute projects on a tight schedule.
  • Ability to adapt well to rapidly changing circumstances, directions and strategies.
  • Fluent in German, French, Spanish, Polish or Italian will be also a plus.
  • Basic project management skills applied to follow simple projects to completion
